I did not end up getting my dress at The One, but I had such a wonderful shopping experience there. Peggie is calm and patient and is an excellent listener. I went for my first appointment ever and, consequently, was trying on a variety of styles. Peggie listened to what I liked and didn't like about each dress and helped me get closer to understanding the styles that I liked. She was also great at navigating family dynamics. My dad had a LOT of opinions about sleeves and she did a great job handling his fashion ideas and opinions. Peggie also followed up after my appointment with new styles she thought I would like as they came in. She was so patient and thoughtful and made dress shopping feel fun and easy!

I had the absolute best experience finding my dress at The One! This was my first dress shopping experience, and I was initially a little saddened that it would be during COVID, with the current restrictions. I was totally blown away by how Peggie not only made me feel safe with the precautions she takes, but also at how special the whole appointment felt!! The dresses she chose for me were so beautiful, I instantly forgot I was wearing a mask. Before the appointment, we had a zoom meeting and looked through her collection- she listened to what I loved about certain dresses, and put together an absolutely perfect line-up! I found the dress of my dreams at my appointment. Peggie's salon feels both spacious and intimate, it really feels like the perfect place to find a dress. I left smiling ear to ear! Amazing! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a wedding dress. They had wonderful communication with my questions leading up to my appointment and provided an amazing experience for finding the best dress. Their selection is fantastic, with some of the best designers in the bridal game at very reasonable prices. If you are visiting Charlotte and planning a wedding soon, this is a great stop!
