Great gear, bad customer service. I ordered a jacket and pants on Black Friday because they were having a sale. It took 89 days to receive the items. Good gear is worth the wait. My issue stemmed from asking for updates along the way and getting told repeatedly that my gear would ship next week. After two months of CS tell me my gear would ship next week I am frustrated. String customers along and out right lying to them is not good business. If you have delays, a simple we are waiting on the material, or sewing staff is overwhelmed would have fixed this with no hard feelings. It seems to me that CS has little to no communication with the production floor.
Hey Mike, sorry your disappointed about this however weve touched on this subject a few times. All our products are 100% USA made and sourced. Our logo gear is not due to poor quality and high cost of USA made clothing. Rather than having our customers pay for expensive, poor quality clothing we opted to have the better quality at a low cost. Specifically made in America on this site. Tag in the sweatshirt says made in China. Not happy about this.
First and foremost, Kifaru makes a fantastic product and their quality is second to none. I had to take a trip to their showroom today to get a bit of help in getting my pack adjusted. I didn't make an appointment but rather drove up and dropped in. Although they were busy, I was greeted immediately and within just a few short minutes, Alex came out to help me get my pack straight. He was fantastic to work with and he got everything fitting perfectly. Excellent customer service and an excellent product. You can't ask for more. Thanks guys.

Product quality is excellent. Customer service experience however was poor at best until management got involved. The product is the only reason this isnt a 1 star review, CS was atrocious.
