Came here for a prenatal massage and had a really underwhelming, awkward experience. Other than waiting past my appointment time to be taken back, I was greeted and assigned a new employee who I could tell just overall felt really uncomfortable being there - which in turn made me uncomfortable. There was no direction given and nothing was explained or asked. Usually when I have received massages in the past I feel very welcomed and calm. I wasnt asked any questions about how I like to be massaged, where I have pain, or even what the run down was. There was no technique or pressure used in my massage at all. It felt like I was just being rubbed with lotion. I was also asked to lay on my back for a rather long time to which I had to ask for a pillow to prop my back on the side since its not safe nor comfortable to be 6 months pregnant laying flat on your back. Other than that uncomfortable experience I was also made to feel extremely awkward by my massage therapist stating several times I usually am not this bad sorry if Im missing steps I hope I didnt scare you away and the most weird was I know the answer is no, but would you like to rebook?. I feel so bad leaving this review but I think its noteworthy for the business that has amazing reviews to have some honest feedback. So sorry!!!

I have been seeing Erin for almost a year now. She is an AMAZING therapist. I recently had a TKR in March. Erins healing hands have made it possible for me to ride a bike again shortly after surgery. I HIGHLY recommend her!!

I just had a 90 min message with Erin. It was phenomenal. She hit spots that needed some serious work but never made me feel like I was getting beat up. Very relaxing and beneficial massage. As a former massage therapist I highly recommend the Massage Connection in Frisco.
