I visited this store on Monday to order some license plates...having called Halfords that morning I was told you pay on delivery. I produced my documents..ordered the plates and said I will collect Friday Came in Friday..nobody knew anything about anything..then had the nerve to say if I produced my documents again they could make them up What a farce...!! Total incompetence !
I went to Halfords at Stockton today the lad sorry I doint no his name's was helpful telling me wot he was doing when working on my son's bike there was 3 other members of staff which I found not friendly looked at me as if I was a ghost I wasn't there in other words they don't want to know I find this not professional and unsociable some people in life doint care wot u think of them were myself I think different to this I would prefer to be liked rather than disliked it costs nothing to be nice and to think y there was only me and another lad in there it wasn't packed myself iam a very nice and sociable person some people say but that's u I disagree I would recommend Halfords in Stockton but only to be served by Alex
I ordered online. Went to pick the items up and when I got to the counter they asked for a name and then produced a plastic bag. They said they'd checked the items and quantities and gave me the bag. Luckily double checked before leaving the shop, because they had missed an item. I went back to the till and I think they new because they produced the missing item from behind the counter. What's going on there?????
