Rooms are great, but the a/c sucks. Constantly comes on and off and if you wanted to set it to stay on so the noise coming off and on won't wake you up, you can't. Also the refrigerator constantly hums loudly. I paid over $105 for one night yet on this site it advertises low rates of $71. Won't be back. I will be asking what type of a/c units each hotel has before booking. This one has the type that is by the window, and not with a thermostat!

Stayed for a function in Burlingame. Very nice hotel and nice bar. Staff was great. Check in could use more staff but wait was not more than 10 mins.

Very gorgeous hotel! The rooms are spacious, the beds super comfortable, and everything is new and clean! Gloria helps us at the front desk and she was the sweeter and more helpful than any other front desk employee I've ever met, and I gotl to a LOT of hotels for my job! Where do I start. Shower broke no hot water. Iron broke. Rooms overlook the atrium instead of the beautiful bay. Breakfast opens really late. For the money this is a really bad hotel. I stayed at the Hyatt Regency in DC and it was just as awful. This seems to be a consistant failure of Hyatts part.
