Made an appointment to view a house. Emailed to confirm the evening before. Turned up on time. Agent a no show. Called to see why "oh no that sold on Monday. I contacted everyone who had an appointment". Well no, you didn't. I didn't get any message, no voice message, no email, no sms. Nothing. 2 hour drive to see the property and not even a genuine apology, just excuses. And a commitment to forward the communication that was supposedly sent. Guess what. 4 hours later and no evidence of supposed communication.
