Once they have your money, thats's it... Purchased a wonderful X3 M40D, love the car. Sadly the customer service is truly shocking. Had an issue with the car, talked to and been made promises of resolution by 3 separate managers there, escalating each time, each one failing to deliver on their repeatedly chased promises - appalling. Elevated to BMW HQ who chased Park Lane, still no resolution or delivery on promises after months!. BMW HQ also REFUSE to open a complaint against Park Lane - well, this is I guess one way to keep your customer satisfaction result to appear high!! Very sad, as car is wonderful

Having bought many cars from Mercedes in London (directly owned by Mercedes), I was a bit sceptical given Park Lane is directly owned by BMW. However I was completely wrong. The cars are prepped to a high standard, and you can tell there is quality control. The minor damage I did find was addressed without quibble instantly. This was unlike Mercedes who during Covid took the stance of 'let us refund your deposit, cars are selling like hotcakes'. The price of the 420I 21 Plate I bought was very reasonable, and overall I was very happy. I would use again in the future. Keep uo the good work Many thanks Shah

Went in to do my major service and change my break pads. I was attended to by Alvin, whose service was second to none as usual. Not only was everything done smoothly he always puts his customers first and makes sure that they leave with a big smile on there face. We need more people like Alvin Gomes working there. Because of this man, BMW has a costumer for life. Thank you Alvin.

Again the saga continues at BMW Park Royal. Gareth Parker has gone above and beyond to deliver awful customer service. After complaining to BMW UK, they eventually changed the engine in our vehicle. But now something has failed again and the car isn't drivable. Took it back to Park Royal & Gareth Parker point blank refused to take the vehicle back in and told us to take it somewhere else. Reason being: unable to accommodate or meet our customer expectations Please please just say away from these guys. We seeking legal advice because they & BMW UK have cut off all dialogue with us. So court proceedings it is, because they have given us no other choice. Very disappointed with BMW Park Royal Park Lane Group, especially their service agents (Oskars) and management (Gareth Parker) Since January 2021 we have been experiencing problems with our car. Took it to Park Royal and they did repairs/parts covered by our warranty. Some months later (July) same problems, took it back they did more repairs & replaced parts under warranty again. A month later same issues occur. This time we couldn't even get it back in to Park Royal because they were booked up for weeks. The only place available was BMW Barons Borehamwood. Long story short, they replaced the same parts Park Royal did back in January. This is were our whole world was turned upside down. The issue just kept persisting, fed up we called BMW uk complaining and that we don't want the car if your service providers can't fix it. Any way they convince us to take it in for one more shot at repairing the problem. We are reasonable people so we did. We were able to book it back in with BMW Park Royal on November 17 2021. They did all their checks and call us to say they are happy & work will be carried out and arranged a hire car for us. A week later they Oskars calls to say we are downing tools "your vehicle software has been manipulated" and your vehicle warranty is now VOID! Please bare in mind these guys already done all the "necessary checks/diagnostics" and were happy to begin work. Confused & stressed I asked them to substantiate what they mean and they wouldn't?!? Told us to give back the hire car or face charges, remove your car or face storage fees. We called BMW uk to complain and they basically said sorry we can't help any further you'll have to take it up with the motor ombudsman. We wrote emails to BMW CEO (Chris Brownridge) & national customer service manager (Daniel Henderson) only got a reply from Mr Henderson's secretary explaining we have to take it up with Park Royal. We have never manipulated any software on any of our cars and find this so bizarre. Now we have to go through a time consuming process. Motor ombudsman, independent technical inspection which is going to be very costly. We have been advised by our legal that if BMW keep this up we would most probably end up in court. The only way to get justice now is to get a independent technical inspection carried out and summons management at BMW Park Royal to face court proceedings. Very long review, but found it absolutely necessary, to let you guys know. There are many other BMW approved independent garages out their. Do not risk it with these cow boys. There is so much more to this situation but, it would just be too long to write down. Avoid BMW PARK ROYAL AT ALL COST!!!
