We do apologize for the inconvenience. In regards to the time frame we are still in a pandemic and it is affecting delivery and availabilities everywhere. As far as the bouncing back and forth our machine was down in one location but when order is ready we do give a call. The doctor is nice, but everything else is very very bad. The customer service here is non existent, and they are rude. Glasses took over a month to arrive and we had to bounce around different locations to pick them up as they did not know where the glasses were. They charge you a lot even with good insurance. Its the same price to get glasses even without insurance. We will never return to this place or the other location.

Poor customer service, they don't have personnel that knows how to deal with people, their slogan should be "don't ask and take your glasses and go home" rude people
