Went in for a yearly check up and everything was fine the ladies at the front were wonderful! The only problem was the doctor that came in and did the eye exam. It was a female. She seemed like she was in a rush and the exam was done within 10 minutes. When we were done I mentioned that it was so fast and that when I've came here before it took longer, and I asked if the prescription didn't work for me if I could come back. She didn't like that. She got mad and we did the eye exam again. She even repeated to the assistant lets do it again in an annoyed voice. Once we got done she said it was the exact same and I said thank you, she ignored me and opened the door and I said thank you again and I got no response. All I did was ask a question. I know how frustrating some customers can be but I did nothing wrong for her to be disrespectful. She could have said your welcome. I simply asked her a question, she has no customer service skills.
