As for our pricing, we continually monitor the local hotel rates in the area and feel we are very competitive in the Seattle market. The room was extremely clean but fireplace sucked and remote did not work for it Jacuzzi was alright I difently would never spend this kind of money to stay here again parking price absolutely ridiculous for one night it's just really not worth what they charge here

Positive: The location. Negative: The faucets in the sink outside the bathroom were loose and falling out of the sink, as well as the faucets on the whirlpool tub. Room wasn't cleaned very well as we found an empty bottle of tequila under the chair.

Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms come with a coffee pot, mini fridge, umbrella, hair dryer, etc. It is within walking distance to a lot of awesome restaurants and bars, and right by all the major hospitals, making it a great place to stay if you have early appointments and are from out of town. I had an early morning surgery scheduled, and they allowed a complimentary 1 pm late check out, so my driver would have somewhere comfortable to go to while waiting for me to wake from surgery. Highly recommend this hotel!

I am extremely picky about my accommodations when traveling. Nice decor in public space. The rooms are spacious and CLEAN! A restaurant on site and a whole foods, literally across the street.

Positive: The location was perfect for our medical needs at Virginia Mason Negative: It was very expensive for a very ordinary room. Stain on the carpet. Pillows were like rocks. 25% tax on top of hotel price I was not told about that when booking. $38.00 for parking.. wow!
