The office is very clean, and a pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Hayter did an excellent job, but the rest of the service was less than desired. My insurance wasn't pulled up correctly, my information (including my health notes) were input incorrectly. This was my first time at the office. I'm quite disappointed because of the glowing reviews. I don't think I'll be returning if I can help it.

You're more than welcome to give us a call and make an appointment to see our frames. However, due to COVID we do limit the amount of people we allow in our clinic. You may have seen 1 person in the lobby, but more than likely were several more people in the back in which you could not see. Given the small space we limit the amount of people entering in the clinic at one time to maintain social distancing. It is important for the safety of all our patients and clients, including you. COVID is a horrible thing for our society and creates lots of inconveniences. We wish we didnt have to deal with this situation, but we must. Thank you again for your review. Very disappointed in this vision center. They refused me to LOOK at the frames they had available. I had a mask, only 1 person in the lobby, plus I told them I wouldn't touch the frames, I just wanted to see the frames they had. Still they had me leave. I will not come back. I understand COVID... but if I'm following CDC guidelines, I should be allowed to look.
Dr Hayter is the most patient, thorough and informative eye doctor I have ever been to! His entire staff is extremely friendly and corteous, they made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in and even went out of their way to help me decide on what frames would best suit me.

I've been going to Dr Hayter for a few years now and he's a pretty cool guy. Always nice and doesn't make you feel like he's rushing you. Love the new office. Sometimes the wait can be a little longer that expected but that's what happens at this time of year.

Dr. was quick and efficient, but the staff leaves so much to be desired I can not recommend this business. I was told my glasses would be ready in 12-16 days. On the 20th day I called to inquire about their progress and was informed that the lenses had just arrived and she was putting them together as we spoke. When I arrived I was informed that they actually hadn't ordered the frames yet. I was not given a new time frame. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do to.
