This number is on a public domain therefore its supposed to be useful dont you think?! I called in the first time and it was picked up. my call was quickly picked up but met me with a lifeless greeting and a sigh almost like he was fed up I hadnt even made made my enquiry yet. I told him i couldnt receive emails or send them out so he gave me a number i had already tried, told him that number wont allow me to speak to anyone. He gave me option 1,1 and then 8... i told him that if it doesnt work ill call back;he knew that number is utter RUBBISH. I rang 5 times determined to get help, only to be cut off, the phone picked up the hung up or rang out. so disrespectful. Were clients and i have things going on in which i need my email accs with hotmail; i cant work properly because of it. A shame to know ill have to leave microsoft hotmail emails now; ive used them since i was 15. Least you could do is be honest or guide me through the online support which i tried to use but to no avail. I bet the 5 reviews are from the employees in branch, deceitful, lazy sods.
