Incompetent or negligent, not sure which. I took my Renault here to have a faulty airbag replaced. I had to take it back because the radio didn't work afterwards. I also paid them to diagnose the door not closing properly. They said I needed a new lock for 150, but a friend noticed that it just needed two bolts tightening on the striker plate. When I challenged them they claimed that it can't have been loose at the time because the striker plate is included in the diagnostic checklist. To their credit they tried to make amends for this negligence (or incompetence, unsure which) by washing my van and knocking 50 off the airbag replacement.

This was a very different experience for me as most of the deal was done on the phone because of covid restrictions. This was my second deal with Richard Sanders Northampton and l have been very pleased with with the service l have received. The salesman l dealt with was Andy Norris he was polite and very helpful

Purchased a 2017 Dacia Sandero in August 2020. I was promised this would have a full service prior to me collecting. This clearly did not happen nor did any presale checks. I love the car, but it surprisingly failed its MOT in March due to the handbrake cable being wrapped around the exhaust! Something a service/presale checks wouldve identified if theyd been done! I was promised an investigation and outcome letter that was in March, Ive sent 3 emails but been ignored. Really shocking service from all aspects.
