I made contact through the Tiffany website as I had issues with a charge for a diamond replacement. No response. I wrote again, complaining this time as well about getting no response. I did get a response, but not to the question that I had asked. I wrote again, asking for my case to be escalated, I did not receive a response. Although I suppose that arrogance with this company is a bit of their genetic makeup, you still would hope that customer service would be beyond their self imposed arrogance. Do yourself a favor and shop in another high end store, because Tiffany's just doesn't care.
