Not going here again! I came into get an eye exam I didn't know it wouldn't be an in person doctor giving the exam it was all virtual. I did my eye exam with the first doctor I finished and went to look at glasses while I waited. The physician assistant told me I had to do the test again because the first doctor wasn't sure he did it right so I did it a second time. I took my prescription elsewhere because I didn't like any of the frames they had. I got my glasses from the place I took my prescription to. I tried them on and tried reading everything looked even worse it was all warped. So I drove back across the street to my eyelab to tell them that I can't see out of them the physician assistant just had me read one line and told me they're fine. So I went to Americas Best andhad the doctor there do my exam because I still couldn't see and it turns out my eyelab gave me too high of a prescription. I went back to receive a refund from them for the services they provided and now they wanna mention that I didn't do a follow up with their doctor that NOBODY ever mentioned to me. When I came back and told them I couldn't see the girl could have told me if you're still having problems with them you can come back and see the doctor NEVER did she say anything about it just sent me on my way. Now they want to submit my stuff to see if I'll get approved for a refund or not. If your service isn't what someone paid for you should give them a refund especially if it's wrong on your end!
