DO NOT PURCHASE A TRUCK FROM RYDER USED TRUCKS IN BENSALEM PA. We purchased a truck on 4/14/2022 Friday and by Tuesday is was being towed. They changed a DF filter and a week later it broke down again. They they said it was a courtesy for the second repair that a different code lite up so, now its not the original issue meanwhile its the same light and the system will not driver over 5 miles an hour. They changed an air filter and exhaust filter and the truck broke down a 3rd time with the same exact issues since 4/16 break down. They will not reopen the claim and told me I have to go through my warranty that I purchased. I purchased a 50,000 tin can that will not run a month ago. Stay away

This, by far has been the worst experience in buying a truck. The sales rep Fernando is the person who sold a truck to my husband Ivan. To begin, we flew out to Texas to pick up a broken truck after a month of waiting for the process to be completed, it had to be jump started to even get on. The truck had almost no fuel. The truck was not in good working condition, the check engine light came on after driving the truck the next day! They sold us a truck that was not in working order!! The sales rep knew my husband needed a truck with PTO compatibility, but when we got back to California, the mechanic said the truck was not compatible for PTO installation. We then waited AGAIN TWO MORE MONTHS to finally get a truck that was PTO compatible, he apologized again and again starting that it was an anomaly after 19 years this had not happened! The truck that is PTO compatible THAT WAS ALREADY HERE IN CALIFORNIA was a little less expensive than the broken truck we picked up in Texas, WE ARE STILL WAITING for the reimbursement check for the difference after MONTHS of dealing with this nightmare! We will never recommend this company to any of our networks much less a friend or family member. I will also make sure to share my full review, complete with screenshot evidence, to the BBB and any and every other review site I can because they are the reason why my family went months without income! We had to struggle for their mistakes!Absolutely horrible experience!

I'm so glad I read these reviews! As a small, minority owned trucking company who has been sold two lemons in the past 6 months, it's important to me to take my time and actually look at a truck sellers history so as to not get burned again. My company is looking to add a unit, but not willing to spend another dime on a lemon and it seems there might be a few here. I had still planned on stopping by with my husband to take a look at a couple units, until I read how the black lady was treated at this location, and being black myself, I didn't want to receive such treatment, because I would have probably been a little more vocal about the blatant racism experienced than she was. And having lived in Bolingbrook for a few years before, I can absolutely be it happened. Such a shame. I'm hoping that was addressed.

so far i have a date they will be fixing my truck thanks to management they called me and ensured me im in good hands thanks ryder
