I had to have 2 different people do my resume as the first final copy was just overwhelming to look at. It was 3 pages long and written mostly in paragraph forms! A lot of grammatical errors as well, which is interesting since they are experts. I waited in fine dining and she even put how I was able to put up tables and chairs! I laugh at that because who puts that on a resume? So many things that were not applicable to my job interests A lot of googled bullet points too. Literally, I found the googled references lol The second person who did took out just a couple things but its still paragraphs long and overwhelming to look at. I honestly havent even gone over it all because Im just so frustrated. A resume should look clean and simple to the eye. It shouldnt be like a book. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. I hope to get a refund because I spent $209 on a resume I will not be using. I hate this for myself as I will be unemployed due to COVID and I really want to find a decent job. I really hope others will see this and learn from my mistake. Im not sure how they have 5 stars. Im beginning to think the reviews are fake. Im not sure if the next page will allow me to post a photo, but I will try to post the FIRST PAGE of my resume from the second person who did it. Good luck out there. I also want to point out that they have been really nice so far as far as communication goes. I hope they will be this way when I try to get a refund.

They were very professional and helped me create the resume and cover letter I wanted. Not only did I get good customer service from them, everything went so smoothly. The prices they have are more than fair, and the quality of the resume and cover letter was well worth the price anyway. They made sure that the jobs that were more relevant to the job Im trying to get, were put on there and looked very organized. They also made sure my resume was neat and in an amazing format. The cover letter was 100% the words I wanted but wouldnt figure out how to put in professional words. I would definitely recommend Top Resume Experts! I am using them if I ever need to again!

I paid top resume experts feb24,2021 called numerous times left voicemail messages and emailed the company, and in the attempt to resolve the situation I visited both locations listed on there website only to find out they are no longer operating in either locations. At this point I want a full refund so I can hire a reputable professional company to produce a resume I originally hired TopResumeExperts to prepare.
