This is the shadiest dealership on the planet. They do not return phones to customers, nor to BMW Financial. Trying to turn in an end of lease vehicle has become an absolute nightmare. I would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. If you are looking for a BMW, I have had amazing customer service at BMW of Beverly Hills. Neda, the manager there - is wonderful.

Not very comfortable experience for me. I am interested in two cars here three weeks ago, but there is a salesperson (I wont mention his name) doesnt seem willing me to test drive until his manager asked him to give the car key to me to test drive, but I have already lost my interest at that time. The salesperson is like a novice, he doesnt know anything when I asked him questions. I didnt buy any car on that Saturday. I purchased an X4 from BMW of Vista on the following Sunday. Its in San Diego rural area (less cars on the streets), and sales are much more enthusiastic and very willing to let me drive a very long distance before I decide to purchase. Very friendly there. Compared with uncomfortable experience here. This is just my personal experience. Its not discrimination, but I can clearly feel the salesperson is a novice without much experiences.

The worst bmw service. They don't know how to communicate with the customers. Took my bmw to get repair they don't have a loaner cars and told me to go enterprise to get a car. The enterprise only can give very cheap car when I asked them they are saying the bmw don't want to pay us more so we have to give the cheapest cars or you have to pay out of your pocket. I will never took my car there. Very bad service.
