Hi Amber, we are so sorry to hear that our salon did not meet your expectations. We take great pride in our work and the happiness of our clients. We would never allow a technician to come to work sick, the particular technician you are referring to suffers from seasonal allergies. All of our technicians take extra time to properly sanitize the entire work place between clients and they also sanitize their hands multiple times throughout the service to prevent any cross contamination. Since you regularly experience some sort of redness after having eyelash extensions applied, it is more likely that you have developed an irritation because you have a sensitivity to the lash adhesive fumes/vapors. We would have appreciated if you had contacted us so we could have resolved the issue for you. However, we do greatly apologize for any discomfort during the service.

I only give three stars because of hygiene. My lash stylist appeared to be sick, and while working on one eye she would rest her hand on my other eye, probably to have a more steady hand. I wanted to say something, but also did not want to rub her the wrong way. Her hand would rest on my eye for minutes at a time. Therefore, I had a terrible eye infection the next two days. I am used to a little redness sometimes after extensions, but my eyes were bloodshot, and I felt horrible. As for my extensions, they are wonderful! My stylist was also very sweet.

Lash Crush is a FIND! Im from Manhattan. Let me tell you, its very difficult to find a pro down here that is well trained. Every spa in Manhattan I went to for my facials, massages and lashes were all done by Eastern European women . They are trained differently and BETTER! The owner is from Slovakia, so I knew I was going to be in good hands. She uses excellent products. Her technique is perfect. Her place is classy and meticulous. Her prices are extremely fair. I would not trust anyone in Charleston with my lashes other than Lash Crush. You will not be sorry.

This place is awesome. The best prices in the area and she does a beautiful job on both a natural look and a glam look. The facility is brand new and really clean and its a very relaxing experience. Highly recommend lash crush for eyelash extensions anywhere in the Charleston area!
