We would like to first apologize for your experience being un-delightful. Due to a high volume of text messages, emails, and deposits received it is sometimes hard to reach everyone by gender versus whats born and available in the litter. However we do contact families once breed is born but genders we can not predict. We will have Cortez reach out to you moving forward.

If I could give zero stars I would. While I see many have great experiences with Cortez. Unfortunately, I did not. I placed a deposit on a parti yorki female May 10 2021. Puppies born in October and I received message that they were all males. We opted to stay on the waiting list for a female. I also told him I would be willing to pay an additional deposit to get on a yorki waitlist if one one be available sooner. No response to my text since October of last year. Completely unprofessional. Atleast respond. Or send an update. I felt like communication changed once I paid the deposit. Once I paid he barely responded to me and has not reached out since.

I got my Multipoo puppy from Cortez Scales on 11/12/20. My puppy (Bella) is smart, pad trained, lovable and very active. I took Bella to the vet the first week I got her and the vet said she was perfect, she didn't have any problems. Everytime, I spoke to Cortez via phone or Facebook messenger, he was polite, honest and professional. You are an excellent breeder. Thank you so much for my puppy.

I received my Maltese (Bentley) 12/10/2020 and I couldnt be happier with my decision to work with Scales Lovable Pups. The owner was very professional and responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. I was very shocked to learn that my 8 week old Bentley was already pad trained which was a plus! This was the perfect Christmas gift for me and my family!
