Great selection. Thats about all of the "positive feedback" I can give this place. I have been in this store 3 or 4 times and agree with the fact they follow you around like youre going to steal. My biggest issue is when they ask if they can help me and when they cant find the item... Im told Im an "odd size"!!! Now.....maybe out here....being an "in shape" 38 yr oldmale needing 31x34 or 31x36 jeans is "odd" but I guess I thought 6 foot 190 lbs was pretty average. I have been told this EVERY time I have been there. It is a bit insulting. And on a side note....I view boots as a way of life...not just a fashion statement. I dont need some chic that THINKS shes a 10 (when she is definately not a 10) wearin $300.00 boots tellin me I am an "odd size" because Im not chubby like her. It seems most of the help at this place thinks pretty highly of themselves...which is completely uneeded.

We are very sorry about this order not coming out as you expected. There were several communication issues , and you came on two occasions, during which several options were discussed. Maybe, because of the rush nature of the order some details were not as clear as you mention in your review on the actual day of placing the order. Almost 100% of the t-shirts we do only one imprint on, are done in the frontal area, and that is why without a clear instruction when placing the order, this was done in the standard position. In spite of this and as we can recall, we did try to compensate you and offered to replace the 4 t-shirts with new ones or print them in the back portion as well, free of charge, but you mentioned you did not want this and that because of your schedule, you would not be able to come back. Furthermore, one of the four artworks you brought came with an error and that is why the print came out wrong in that one t-shirt, which we tried to help by providing a new one and re-doing it for you as well. All orders are placed in a bag for the customers to pick up and there was no intention of misleading you or hoping that you would not see the t-shirts. I hope you can see this was a simple confusion. We appreciate each and every one of our customers and hope you will give us the opportunity of assisting you in a future order.

Gave them the t-shirts, the template to print, the picture of how they should be placed...was supposed to be a next day...became 3 days service...arrived to get the shorts finally and 1. They printed on the front when it was supposed to be on the back 2. They messed up one of the brand shirts i provided and replaced it with a Fruit of the Loom type. They put all in a bag and had me ready to leave, probably hoping i wont check them. When i asked why it's the front, i got the excuse he did not make a note it should be on the back....with that answer I understood that it is pointless to try and explain how messed up what they did was. No intention to compensate their mistake whatsoever. PS I had those done for my girl's trip to Disney! I guess that started off just perfect!

I ordered merchandise from this company I was supposed to get a confirmation number for my order and never received one I called I think his name was Alex said he would take care of it never heard from him so I called back he told me it would ship on Monday still no email for tracking I have tried to call again no answer so I had to go cancel my card cause I figured it was a scam just poor service my order.
