I bought a home with Lennar at Liberty Villas community. Not even 2 months old. Brand new home with Driveway full of scratches and holes. Not looking as a new home. If asked the customer service gave a response that they cannot do anything about it. I am not happy with the purchase of the new homes. Just wanted to set your expectations with others who try to buy homes from Lennar. I would not recommend Lennar to anyone. Don't expect a "perfect home from Lennar". I heard the same words from several people from Lennar. They will not resolve your problems to your satisfaction. Please set the expectations that you are NOT going to get a perfect home from Lennar. Not sure where to post the pics here. Else I would have attached the pics.
