After 9 years attending studio at Champions, I had to leave...at least until they change new master. Classes are AWFUL.. No challenge, no stretching, NO YOGA!!! It is really bad. Getting my money back if things don't change. A lot of us feel taken advantage of. Very disappointed !! I would give a zero star but i have to pick at least one...so, for now 1
This place is very much like a cult, if not one exactly. They will love bomb you with kindness when you start and then try to get you to purchase every workshop and class possible (this is in addition to paying for classes and memberships. Please be careful or you can be out a lot of money and time. The longer I stayed with the practice the more uncomfortable I felt and noticed how many things were off. Do not let them guilt you either with things like it will be good for your soul and to heal the world and you need healing, you can borrow the money somehow. Be careful
Great staff who cares about how you're progressing through the classes. There's a variety of times available for classes, and everyone's always friendly. First time doing yoga outside of college classes. Worth every penny.
Hello S A. We are sorry you felt there was a strong sales pitch. Actually our prices fall in line with other Yoga/Tai Chi studios in the area. For example 1 month of unlimited classes is $160. If you come to class 3 times per week it is about $13 per class. In addition the private healing sessions are not recommended to everyone. We may have felt you could have benefited from them which is why we recommended. Either way we apologize if you felt it was a sales pitch rather than a genuine desire to help you. We wish you well in your health and wellness endeavors. Thank you

This review is regarding their pricing/sales system. Their website offers a $15 introductory session (but doesn't mention anything about the actual prices to sign up). It's important for people to know that after the introductory session, you will be given a pretty strong sales pitch to sign up for group and personal classes and their prices are VERY expensive compared to other Thai Chi places. It's something like $150+/month for group glasses and they have a very hard sales pitch for private classes at $170 each. They wanted me to sign up for 5 or more personal classes. Just want to make sure everyone's aware that this is what you'll be met with as part of the $15 introductory session. Had I acquiesced to their pitch I would have been out at least $1,000.
