They put a weird ivory/yellowish ribbon around my dress (NOT how I wore my dress) and it looks cheap and hides the beading. Now I cant open it to remove the ribbon because it is vacuum sealed and would ruin the preservation. I dont even want to display it now because it looks dumb. Also, delivery did not require a signature like they advertised, they just threw it over the gate and left.

When I started this process I thought it would be easy and nice. My dress arrived back home clean and beautiful but I do not think my detachable skirt is in this box. When the paper asked what my dress was made out if I made sure to mention the tulle over skirt that detaches. This was not an option for the accessories preservation. Now I cannot get ahold of someone from the company to tell me where my skirt is. Just sad because this dress was so beautiful with the skirt.

Loved the way my wedding dress was displayed in the preservation box. Not so pleased with the flower girl dress presentation though. I was kinda just thrown in the preservation box. Otherwise happy.
