Hi Jamie, While we try our best to provide a superior service to our competitors every now and then there is going to be the odd hiccup especially when we are trying to manage over 3500 separate items for sale and brick sales on top of that. As you can see from all our other positive reviews we are in fact the good guys when it comes to customer service and it really is something I really pride my business on. Unfortunately the bricks you mentioned as being here in the yard for sale had in fact been sold and paid for by another customer which is why Graham said to you it would not be fair to take bricks from their order. They sold a consignment to another client during the time they said I could have the bricks that I needed. Had to wait for invoice which I didn't receive until I rang up. Only had decency to apologise when they realised my wife worked for a building company. Overpriced bricks at $1.10 per brick. I rang them recently again and was told they had 3 square metres of paving grade bricks which I needed. Drove over there and was met by the guy on reception with arrogance. Then shown to a small pallet of bricks which were not the ones I was expecting at all. Then to be told the ones I wanted were not available even though I could see them in the yard...same story. Avoid.

Came in looking for minimal number of bricks to match the pallets I already had to finish the job (60 bricks). Staff were so helpful - taking down pallet after pallet so i could handpick the right ones. Their patience and expertise proved worthwhile. The bricks matched perfectly! Highly recommend visiting these guys first.

Tim and his team were so unbelievably helpful. I searched every recycled brick yard in Sydney, and due to the service of all the staff, although i paid slightly more, i am over the moon with the result and i can't wait to see them all laid. I would recommend Tim & the team to anyone and everyone looking for recycled bricks. Anita & Paul
