Cavern very nice. Rude fat lady taking your money. Tour overcrowded so in the back you hear nothing. If going to see the cave in itself and overlook the rest worth it.

Disappointed doesnt even begin to explain how I felt about this tour. Our tour guide Ace was extremely rude towards our entire group and the other groups tour guides as well. I realise that they were family but still, it was inappropriate. He threatened to kill the other tour guide for taking too long. Not once did he explain the science behind the formations or anything geology based. As a tour guide from another cave system I was really disappointed with the customer service skills (or lack of) and the misinformation being barely taught to the public. A few jokes here and there are fine but constant sarcastic comments and yelling at tourists for asking questions was ridiculous. There was an older woman on the tour who was struggling some with the puddles everywhere and he kept laughing at her for it. I have never been more disappointed by a tour guide. If I could give a rating for the cave it would be a 3/5. It was pretty but the lack of information was a bummer. It would be nice if we couldve learned SOMETHING about it rather than hearing Aces life story and how we arent living up to his expectations. He mightve just had an off day, I get that, but taking it out on people who paid a considerable amount of money to witness one of the worlds wonders was inappropriate.
