Shocking customer service put my daugjters bike for xmas in to get built after purchasing it from the store a cpl of weeks earlier . To be told that the bike which i had taken to the store myself was no longer there and maybe have been sold . Then a so called manager came down to say its probably because the store is really busy and chaotic .....at xmas ......shock horror . So smyths have sold the same bike twice and said i would get one built to collect next day . Now phoned Glasgow fort 60 TIMES today for nobody to answer the phone no phone call or email to update me . Rediculous customer service and management !!!

Disgracefull attitude at glasgow fort, bought a 10 +30 roblox vouchers 10 didnt work ( & the 30 was for xmas day) so didnt try it, returned to the store in under an hour to be told money couldnt be refunded unless we could prove the voucher didnt work, went downstairs to speak to the manager, who said i needed the reciept, which i had , and had threw on the floor at the pay counter, in disgust, put her arms in the air and said there was nothing she could do, 40 stolen from me, will never set foot in smyths stores again, very overpriced too, shop around u can save 10 & more on some of the larger toys
