Be aware, their products are damaged returns from Other big company like Currys, and they will sell them at the normal market price or 10%off maximum. We bought an american fridge from them which was 50 cheaper than currys, however I have been so gutted that I did not go for currys as they would offer much better after-sale service & peace of mind because of better stringent company compliance. Smaller company like this will never be able to compete! We were promised by the manager Muhammad and staff there upon purchase for replacing the dented parts for our Samsung washing machine, no matter how many times we went to the shop after purchase and phoned to follow up, there has been no action at all. They kept delaying and saying they would follow up but they never did! it has been over a year and we are exhausted in waiting for an answer. This is the tactic they use so that customers would give up! Honest advice: Definitely not recommend this shop and will shop around for the same product and wait for bigger discounts when large chain store does it such as Currys, AOL etc...

Not only have GT appliances provided us with our own appliances at really good prices and great service, but they have also helped me with some of my clients.
