First of all vivid ink staff was very slow and unprofessional, while doing my piercings and she doesn't seem like she enjoys her job. I paid my 60 and the staff tried to scammed meso I can pay twice for my helix piercings. The staff with blue and crazy chichau hair colour on her head was very rude and mentally unstable by the way she was acting towards clients.

I had my nose pierced here yesterday with Jodie the studio's piercer and i could not be happier! I am absolutely awful with piercings and was dreading it but Jodie made me feel super comfortable, everything is super clean and it was over in the blink of an eye! Looks amazing and i was given the proper piercing care sheet too, i will 100% be returning for the other nostril :D

Recently came in for a rook piercing whilst in Birmingham. Jodie was super friendly and professional. Super happy with the piercing, and the general care and attention to hygine and good practice! Would highly recommend!

The lady who pierced my ear did it very wrong. I've just got back from another studio to see what was wrong with my piercing because it was not healing even after 6 months. They said it was wrongly made it and that's why it was not healing. I had to take it out and get another piercing done. I feel very sad as I had this pain in my ear for almost 7 months and thinking it was normal. Not all people are as professional as we expect them to be. Never going back.
