This is the third review we are having from a client who is not on our records. May we please ask to send us an email to [email protected] In your review sounds like youve already given us feedback, when we had no negative feedback for very long time. Weve reported the issue to Google as it does not seem fair to be reviewed by someone who has not used our service. We never give to too big promises and always ask for feedback especially after the first visit which could be a bit challenging and there could be room for improvement on the next visit. We encourage clients to give us feedback, which is always treated with the greatest respect as we are well aware even the best cleaner could miss something and really like to make sure everyone is pleased. It definitely does not sound as the way we work.

They promised me the one of the best cleaner to come to my house, however the service provided is very bad, the cleaner left many areas without cleaning and "forgot" many another areas without cleaning, this is not a professional company, the cleaner was very slow on purpose in order not to be able to clean more areas of the house, she was unable to complete the cleaning of the house. The manager is not professional at all and very nasty when you tell her about the bad service. I will no longer use your services and I would recommend you to have some customer services manners.
This review has been left anonymously and its hard to say if its from a competitive cleaning company who is concerned by our high rating or its a client who actually used our service. The only negative feedback weve had for the last several months was from a client who didnt like to arrange a bit of extra time on their first visit, which was recommended as the kitchen needed a deep clean. As a result, the cleaner couldnt fully catch up and there were a couple minor details which she had no chance to address. We always clarify it may take a few visits to fully catch up even if there is additional time arranged, and to bear in mind the cleaner might need a few visits to settle getting used to the new address. Therefore we ask for feedback with any areas that might need attention on the next visit and for a bit of patience.

We had our End of tenancy cleaning arranged with them and our landlord is quite pleased with the standard. Everyone working here is very nice and professional. They turned up on time and left the house absolutely spotless. Highly recommended!

I have been very impressed with the service Efficient Cleaning has provided over the last year. Communication with the office is always easy and prompt and the cleaning is always to a high standard. They are also very flexible and understanding if changes need to be made.
This review is not based on true facts. Mrs Arzu Anthony has been one of our clients for a couple years and recommend us to a number of her friends and neighbors. During that period we've always done our best to please her, but got feedback from the girls they are struggling as the client is asking for more and more work to be completed within the given time frame. Every careful attempt to review the requirements for cleaning and the time frame have been found very upsetting for Mrs Arzu Anthony and we've been getting responses in capital letters and reminding us who is paying for the service. On the last occasion, the scheduled cleaning was cancelled with less than 24h notice and when we tried to clarify the cancellation policy we got very aggressive reply and had no choice but to separate our ways. We are well known for taking good care of all the girls we work with and doing as much as possible to make sure they like to continue work with us in long term. We make sure they are given sufficient time to complete their work without feeling overwhelmed and we believe they deserve to have a reliable steady income. Therefore a fair notice is required when a cancellation is needed.

Had to go through lots of cleaners with them till I found a good one but then language barrier was always there as none of them spoke English. Owner takes a lot of commission and gives little to the girls, treats them badly and as soon as you complain she gets very nasty. She's only nice when you are paying and not complaining! You get charged for cancelling and you have only 4 times to cancel in a year well advance. Other times you still have to pay. Wouldn't recommend at all.
