Purchased a motor from them last week got it installed and come to find out the motor was blown after all the work was completed..decided to do a car fax on the vin tag that came with the motor and shows the motor had 277,000 miles on it in 2019 so not only did they sell me a motor that was blown but they also lied about the miles on it saying it was only 105k DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE LYING THIEVES!! Bad business

Which JDM location did you use? I believe you have reviewed the wrong JDM in Orlando. You may not be aware, but there is more than 1 JDM in Orlando. Do not allow them to install any engines for you, I recently had them installed an engine purchased from them into a 2001 accord, and crazy enough they left all the coolant hose and power steering lines unfastened. I tried for 6 months to get them to look at it with no success. Since I am not mechanically proficient I took the vehicle to a local Tire Plus shop to replaced and tighten the clamps

We're sorry the unit we sold had an issue but as always we stood behind our warranty. We even went way out of our way to provide a unit that was 100% compatible with your Honda Accord. The power steering pump is a complete misunderstanding on your part. Automatic Transmissions and Power steering pumps are 2 very separate components in the automobile.

I tried to purchase a transmission for my 6th Gen V-6 Accord, the first one they sold me you could hear the gears grinding when you turned the torque converter. I returned it and they tired to sell me one that was completely different and even tried to tell me the Power Steering Pump came with it??? I am not sure what's going on down there, but I will take my business elsewhere. I am aware the transmission and power steering pump are two different parts maybe you should inform your staff. Also, putting the blame on the consumer, great customer service. Glad this is all online. The replacement transmission was not compatible it was different altogether. Great job!!!
