I have been trying to get a hold of someone for a couple days with no response. I was told my order would be overnight but I have no tracking number or a response from the rep. Very frustrating
Jessica - I've taken some time to research your file, review e-mail exchanges, etc. before responding back to you. It's interesting. You ordered an item that was 3 sizes too small and blamed it on our sizing chart. One size maybe, but 3? How come this sizing chart nuance didn't affect the other items in your order? It's pretty clear to me that you selected the wrong item. Regarding the screen-print items - our industry has had multiple issues with securing standard shirts, caps and other items. We can order a specific item and the distributor will send us a different sku with the claim that it is the best they can do. Shortages and lack of availability have us scrambling constantly to fulfill orders on a daily basis. We have this issue clearly outlined in a disclaimer on our web-site and it is also addressed at the point of sale with our customers and our Account Management team. We sent you a shipping label to return all of the items for full refund and / or replacement and you refused to do this. Based on everything I've seen with your file our Account Mgr did everything they could to address your order and to resolve it suitably. Still open to resolution if you are - Steve

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Extremely poor customer service! It took them a month and a half to send our wrestling gear and shirts. Then when we actually received it, the items were all wrong. After finally finding someone to talk to in customer service, they were defensive and didn't want to accept fault. They eventually said they'd look into it, and another 2 weeks later they told me to ship the items back and they'd "inspect" the items to see what they could do. They do not care about their customers. I paid for items that I never received. I would never order from them again.

Erick, I'm very sorry about your recent experience and want you to know that it's not typical. You'll see that if you read our past Google reviews or TrustPilot reviews. We've been hit by the perfect storm lately - material shortages, slow ship or no ship from suppliers due to shortages on their end, labor shortages, parcel and freight delays - and - triple the typical order requests in just the past 3 weeks. We started messaging the change in service levels 2+ weeks ago through sales and our web-site. We've been prioritizing the orders to the best of our ability and have had to even turn some away due to timing. We're currently recruiting very aggressively and sourcing production materials from new suppliers just to meet the recent demand. We've added a weekend shift as well. I've tried to locate your order by your name in our system and having no luck. Please advise me of any other details e.g. club or school name, address, etc. and e-mail me at [email protected] and I'll address it immediately. I was promised 7 day turn around but it was much more. I spoke with 4 different people. Shipping date was changed multiple times and I asked for tracking # each time. I never received a tracking number and then got a email saying they couldn't overnight to my town. Communication is terrible. I would not recommend. I can't speak on the product as I still don't have it or tracking. Update I received my Jerseys and they look great feel very durable and seem to be very good quality.
