Hello Jiovanni, I guarantee you have the wrong business. I've been barbering for almost 23 years and haven't messed up anyone's hair since I was in barber school and even back then I never messed anyone's haircut up so bad that they had to shave it bald. What type of haircut did you get? And how come you didn't post any pictures of the messed up hair cut? And what day did you supposedly come in to get this haircut? With all the 5 star revews I have complementing the quality of my work, it's not very believable that I'd mess up your haircut so bad that you'd have to shave it off. Also, you say "they" messed up your haircut and "these guys", Did more than one person cut your hair? There is no "they" or "these guys" at my barber shop as I'm the one and only barber who works at my shop. I'm also confused about what a homeless person has anything to do with getting your hair cut. I also like to point out that you do not have a profile picture and this is the only review you have, there is no history of other reviews. How about you man up and post a picture of yourself so I know who you are instead of hiding behind the Internet. I'm 100% sure you've never been to my barber shop but I'd like to see a picture so I know for sure. No profile picture and no review history so maybe you were someone who called and got mad because you didn't get an answer to a question such as "how long is the wait gonna be"? That's the most common question and there is no answer because it's a walk-in only business so the wait time varies and people tend to get upset when they don't get a definite answer. Whatever the reason for this review I guarantee you have the wrong business and were never in my barber shop. Post a picture of yourself.

They messed up my haircut so I had to go bald I'd rather go to a homeless person then these guys
You were confusing. You insist on spending almost 10 minutes on the phone trying to explain how you wanted your haircut. You couldn't seem to determine if your hair was longer or shorter and said that the last person messed it up. Then you said you wanted designs done in your hair and you were told several times that we don't do designs but you kept insisting on asking over and over. You were also told several times that we don't do long hair styles and that this is a barber shop and we do traditional short men's style haircuts. You just keep talking even though we made it clear that this is not a beauty salon. We don't have time to spend on the phone while you try to explain every detail of your hairstyle. Other potential customers may be trying to call and you were told we can't do your confusing hairstyle or designs. Maybe next time take no for an answer and move on with your life and call a beauty salon instead of a barber shop. You were the one who was rude, not us. It's not that confusing but considering you would not listen and just kept talking I can understand how you would be confused. Have you ever heard of a business having the right to refuse service? The right to refuse service means that a business has the authority to turn away a customer. Under federal law, a business has a legal right to decline to provide their goods or services to a customer. Considering you were being difficult on the phone and would not listen to what was being said to you we decided to refuse service to you.

Rude lady on the phone. Said they couldn't trim my short hair on the sides. Then she hung up on me. That was confusing.
Thank you Matthew for this rockin' review, I appreciate it very much. And thank you for mentioning the no phone policy LOL

JJ is a rockstar both literally and metaphorically. One of the best haircut experiences I've had. The memorabilia is sweet, the vibes are rad, the conversation was great and the haircut was exceptional. And to top it off it was the least expensive haircut I've had in years. I highly recommend. Bring cash and don't pull out your phone during the cut.
Hello Bill, First of all, I'm not sure what you meant by this experience was to remind you never to judge a book by its cover. What book were you judging by its cover? I can tell you what went wrong. I actually did acknowledge you when you walked in the door as I do with every single person that walks in the door, I say hello to everyone. I looked directly at you and said hello but you were too busy looking around the room at all the memorabilia, had you been paying attention you would have seen me looking directly at you and heard me say hello. You were the one who didn't acknowledge me when I did say hello. At the time you walked in there was a lot going on, I was in the middle of a haircut so the clippers were buzzing, a couple of friends came in to check the place out for the first time so my wife was talking to them and they were all talking fairly loud, music was playing in the background, and a couple other customers were talking amongst themselves. When you walked in I did in fact said hello however you seem to have been distracted by all the memorabilia and you were looking around the room as if you just walked onto the surface of another planet and with the commotion going on you must not have heard me say hello. However, you also could have simply asked me if I could cut your hair, I would have been more than happy to answer any questions that you could have asked but you chose to feel awkward and "slip out" instead of talking to me in person. Then you chose to write this review instead of talking to me like an adult. But, you apparently did not feel awkward walking through my barbershop looking at the memorabilia and taking pictures.(Pictures that you posted on my Google account) At one point you were standing to my left looking at the memorabilia in the display cases, had you just simply turned around and faced me you could have asked me your question, that's how close you were to me but you chose to feel awkward and stay silent. I don't think it's very cool that you choose to leave me a 3 star review and accuse me of ignoring you when in fact it was the quite the opposite. You ignored me when I said hello to you, you stayed silent and didn't ask me any questions, and then you chose to slip out without getting your haircut. So what gives you the right to leave me a review at all? Also, I'm not sure why you just assumed that the people who walked in after you would be in line before you. This is a walk-in only business which means anyone who walked in after you would not have been before you. First come first served and you were first before those other two guys. Please feel free to come in anytime and thank you for the very cool pictures you took and posted. Hope to see you soon.

It was awkward. Im sure this experience was to remind me that we should never judge a book by its cover . So Im way overdue for a new haircut ..my experience with haircuts has been hit and miss since moving to Las Vegas so I did some research and this shop was at the top of my list so I walk in and discover that this shop could also double as a man cave with all sorts of really cool Rock and Roll memorabilia like lots and lots . The only thing is that there is just one person and he is performing a cut. What made it awkward was there was no acknowledgement of my presenceor any words spoken to me at all.. As a black man I was waiting to pop the question can I get a cut ? Since many shops dont do black hair. since I still had t been addressed i whipped out my camera and took a few pics of the display memorabilia and felt my anxiety spike .. about then two others came in and even if I could get my haircut there I would now be waiting through two more cuts before I could be cut if they would cut me. I slipped out and went to visit my friends store almost next door and my friend said that it was a wonderful place to get a cut and reasonably priced so Im not sure exactly what went wrong
