Does not take "No" for an answer. My practice gets a call every other day from a male representative (different name each time, but same condescending voice/tone) that will ask insistent questions and is downright rude. First few phone calls, we tried to be nice but they keep us on the line for 15+ minutes (during a busy day!). Now when he calls, we will ask 3 times in a row for him to remove our practice from the list before hanging up.

Not consistent at all. When we cancel patients appointments the patients will continue receiving confirmations which happens daily and its frustrating. Weve also had issues with recalls and patients are calling us upset asking why they never received a reminder. We are constantly doing damage control and never get any support to resolve the issues. Three days later and we are still waiting for anyone to call to help fix these issues.
My initial response would have been 5 stars. They really helped me increase my Google reviews. My doctor did an "upgrade" with the computer program we use and caused our systems not to communicate. I called Doctible over a week ago to discuss and had to leave a message. Things happen so I called a second time two days ago. When they emailed me a chance to review them I was happy to oblige...maybe it will spark someone to actually call me!
