You purchased a version for the Mac and confused the Windows features that were not in the Mac version. All the product information for Mac vs Windows is listed on the web site and is exactly as advertised. We sent several help emails showing how it's used on the Mac and offered to do the document assembly for you so you could see how it could create a proposal for your situation. We didn't hear back after the last help email where we asked you to outline the topics you needed so we could assemble a proposal for you to see if it was along the lines you were looking for. We never refused to do a return. You stopped responding to our help emails as we were trying to resolve the problem first by helping do the assembly work for you. We never saw you posted this review years ago as this Google listing was under a different company name back then and not used or monitored. If we had seen that we would have followed up. When we send help questions the ball is in your court to respond. Other customers of ours can attest to how much work we do to support people who use our products. There are over 700 testimonials on our site built up over 20 years.
