Thanks for asking for the review Andrew. The most money ever spent for zero service. Made appointment over two weeks ago for service and detail. Yesterday you decided to cancel detail and today you say I didnt request the service I needed. You turn around and only change the oil. Upon completion, you decided to hide and not discuss what had occurred leaving my son to wait over twenty minutes without any notice. Not even an apology. I get your time means more than ours.

I was disappointed with the service on my 2000 528i Wagon. The service rep. collected my concerns, and I reviewed them. I needed the auxiliary fan blade assembly and the auxiliary fan cowling replaced if need after they had been damaging by highway debris. The car would vibrate wnen the auxiliary fan kicked on because it was missing blades. The service tech replaced the main fan blade assembly and the main fan cowling. I will add that the main fan cowling had some damage from a main fan failure several years back but that was not in my service request. So now I will be returning the car for additional parts and work.

They said we had no choice but to pay for the LoJack when buying from them. Bought a used VW Beetle, drove from Oregon to buy it. When I went for emissions testing to register the car, the electrical panel wasn't working so I couldn't get it tested. Took it in to get repaired after no response from dealership, paid $79 to be told the LoJack made the panel not work, so they had to disconnect it. So now I've paid $895 for something I didn't want that doesn't even work, and still can't get a reply from the dealership, plus $79 to fix the problem they created, plus extra extensions on registration since every step has taken so long to get this resolved. I regret purchasing from here.
