If 0 stars could be given they would be, process has been ongoing and with 12 days left before I have to close I get notified I may have to get another house because of underwriting. Communication is the worst! I have left over 7 messages and no call back to get an update/explanation of the process.
My experience at NRL was the most God awful experience of my life. Katherine Olmos and her mention P.Lawrence was equally as awful she portrayed she was trying to help us when in reality she was searching for every reason to not help even including saying she once called me with the actual investor on three~way .Next she went so far as to say that we werent able to get financing because we couldnt have 2 FHA loans or properties within a 5 mile radius. So I reminded her the other property was paid off and was no longer a FHA property, still it didnt matter. My husband credit score was almost an 800 when we started the process ending in a little over600 . She also told me we needed another inspection because she drug it out for almost 6 plus months after I paid for it again she then told me we didnt need it 100s of dollars wasted again . Also constantly sending the same information several times. Neither did I but I will never use her or NRL !!
