Disappointing, went to Cabello today for a hair consultation and was underwhelmed. I was left waiting 10-15 minutes for my appointment despite being there 20 mins early. It felt like I was invisible to be honest, know one came to offer us a drink for waiting or an apology. The lady who did the consultation was awkward with me and not friendly. Such ashame, as it looked a lovely salon from pictures.

Your appointment (our services) are reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Not only that, the staff in this industry have already suffered over the past two years. Cancelling a 2hr appointment, on the day, may not mean alot to you, but for the staff it means everything during these uncertain times, when this 2 hr slot could have been filled by other clients . We understand your frustration and we hope you can see ours, not only us but other sectors when reservations are made for services, and then not fulfilled. This implies huge financial burdens on not only the self employed, but businesses as a whole. We know things crop up and we understand busy lives can mean changes to your schedule. The reason you gave for cancelling today's 2hr appointment was "You was going to attend a festival and wouldn't make it in time" when our member of staff informed you of the cancellation policy the narrative changed and has led to this review. Not quite happy rang up to cancel an appointment and the lady down the phone got very funny with me due to the day of dance being on we didnt attend at all as my brothers wouldnt be able to cope with it and i have two disabled family members under the age of 10 that wouldnt be able to handle it we would had to walk them through the thorough fair where the festival was going on in the end we had to take them to Lowestoft after I explained the situation the lady she got very bad attitude and hung up on me even tho haircuts wasnt booked until 3 and I phoned up at 9.15 gave them nearly 6hrs noticeI would have sorted it for another date but the lady put phone down so I couldnt actually resolve the matter in any way as the lady wasnt having none of it
Ive just had my hair cut and coloured by Aimee and I love it!! Very professional job and service, endless teas and coffees....made to feel welcome and comfortable. I love Aimee cutting my hair and the whole atmosphere of the salon. Thank you.
