I called Mill Creek to come out to my home I purchased over the summer to do some repair work on the ducts, and have the furnace checked out. I was told my appointment was scheduled for 10:30 and to give my repair tech around 45 minutes leeway because he was coming from further south. After an hour and a half go by and nobody has showed up, I called Mill Creek to see what was going on. I was informed that my appointment was actually set for 11:30, not 10:30 like I was told and my repair tech was still at his previous job and should be finishing up soon. Another hour goes by.... nothing. I then finally get a phone call from someone in the office letting me know my tech was finishing up at his previous job, and it had taken so long because he didn't want to leave the client without heat, understandable. The tech got to my home at around 12:45/1 and was absolutely wonderful. He was super helpful with informing me on everything going on, what he was doing, what I should do going forward, so on and so forth. He checked my ducts and informed me that he wouldn't be able to patch it then and there, and they would have to send someone else out with the supplies, at another time to do so. He also told me I should have the fan/vent in my furnace cleaned and he would normally be able to do so but couldn't because he was running behind and I would, again, have to schedule someone to come out at another time. As he was leaving I asked about the duct sealing and if I should call to ask about it, or if someone would be calling me to set up that appointment. I was told someone would call me in a couple days and I shouldn't have to worry about anything. It has been almost three weeks now and I have heard nothing back from Mill Creek, not even so much as an email. I'm disappointed in the lack of care and follow up with the office, which sucks because my technician was AMAZING. If I could rate him 5 stars and the office 1, I would.
