Very nice and answered all my question. Quick response however when I put a application in the guy told me that I was the onky one that put a application in then they started processing my application and asked for additional documents which I provided then I got a email stating that the home was no longer available. Just like the rest of the property managements- take your money and then tell you the home has been taken off the market only to send you listings that are not in the price range you was looking for.
Applied for a rental that apparently was no longer available but was still listed as available. They were still happy to take my $50 application fee and a $50 application fee for my wife since they make everyone apply separately. Ridiculous business practice.
I am very impressed with our property manager, Beth Black. She has gone over and beyond helping our neighborhood. Although there have been a few issues connecting to the new platform, I know this will serve as a central station to serve our community more efficiently in all areas.
If you are looking to rent your home with a company that is not racist dont rent here !trey schafer director of sales provides no feed back and sales training they do not respect there black employees if you are black dont use them and also they take months to find you a tenant !and your tenants will not be able to speak to anyone on the phone and neither will you a joke !
