Picked up a U-Haul here, counter guy had a major attitude problem. Truck's power outlets didn't work, alignment was so bad you had to turn the wheel to 11 o'clock to go straight down the road. Asked the guy if he had another truck, he said no. Called UHaul and magically there was a replacement truck...

Had an indoor unit, everything is kept nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I was charged a full month when I ended my rental even though it was 5 days into the month. I've rented storage units with other companies and was always given a weekly rate if you left early. Moving out a few days earlier would've saved me $200 so that's something to keep in mind.

Apparently, there was a storm and there must have been a lot of rain because some of my furniture got wet and had to be thrown away because it was molded. Also, with the rain brought in rodents. I feel an email, text message, and/or phone call should have been sent out to everyone advising them of this situation. Besides this one issue I didn't have any other problems there.
