Jenkins has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life. The regional manager Kevin will spend more time telling you why you are wrong than he will actually working. I have never had anyone speak to me as condensing as that man, and hes really good at backpedaling when you call him out. He even called me at one point to ask what it was going to take to make me happy, and then offered to finish the abatement they were supposed to do already if I would sign a paper saying I wouldnt sue them. This company has cost my insurance company thousands of dollars for shoddy work and damaged property as well as costing myself thousands of dollars. My family was having to live in hotels and move around for 5 weeks during the national pandemic because these people couldnt figure out what they were doing. I had to hire my own contractors to fix my home correctly. Jenkins broke my counter tops in my kitchen and bathroom, punctured a hole in my front door, damaged walls, left bits of asbestos tile all over my home after they had come to clean it twice. Its is the absolute worst job I have seen in my life. I wouldnt allow them into your home if you have a choice, Im still trying to clean up the mess they made over a month later. Absolutely the worst choice I have made was when I let them in my home after a water leak.

Water damaged floors and they wanted to save money and replace some on the damage, which cause rest to mold. Bad company. I did call Brain. He tried to plan the carpenters before even coming out and look and inspect. Made no sense how he trying to not take blame like some child, but thanks for the paragraph really helped.
