Employees are very friendly. Very satisfied with the highlights. However, floored by the cost at checkout of $130. I was quoted a lot lower price. My haircut was cut way to short. I was told that he had not cut my cut before.

I've gotten my hair done by two different people at this salon, about a year ago I wanted to go blonde - I had light brown hair at the time. It cost about $200 & I left with yellow hair. I was told I would have to pay another $100 (at least) to get it fixed. I thought that was ridiculous for an all over color - so I just took the loss. I was so skeptical about coming back but I understood that I would be meeting someone else. About a month ago, I wanted to go from light brown hair to dark brown - I set up an appointment with Valerie. When I got there, she told me not to wear my mask so it would be easier for her & she wasn't wearing one either. When she was finished, my hair was almost black it was so dark - I thought "that's fine, it will fade over time" but it also had a harsh red tint to it. I pointed that out to Valerie & she said she would tone it for me (for free) in about a week. We scheduled an appointment to get my hair toned & she texted me a couple hours before the appointment to say she wouldn't be able to make it & she will check her books & let me know when I can come in - that was 3 weeks ago. I've texted & called her cell multiple times (each text/call were days apart from each other) & even called the salon a few times. She's avoiding me because she doesn't want to work for free - even after she told me she would & even scheduled an appointment with me. I'm very annoyed & frustrated. This is extremely unprofessional & I have never had a good experience at this salon. They overcharge like crazy, never do good work & are rude. I honestly can't wait for the day I meet a hair stylist that does good work, knows their worth, & isn't fake. If you decide to try this salon, I wouldn't work with Valerie.

Professional and incredibly talented staff. Tasteful and fun ambiance, kid friendly and excellent selection of products. Debbie and staff can take the hair you think youre stuck with and transform it with cut and color and professional techniques into something you never thought you could achieve. These guys have been a staple in Liberty for a long time because they know their stuff and earned the rep. Youll see.
