Hi Chesney. Were a bit disappointed with your review, and heres why.. Firstly, youve left us a 1 star review when youre not even a customer of ours. We did inform you that we use Avon Tuning for our remapping software - not a generic map. Also, we said we wouldnt cap the torque as we werent interested in doing the remap. The reason we didnt want to do the remap was because we didnt know anything about the car (that you hadnt bought yet) and whether it might have any underlying faults that would cause problems. All of Avon Tunings remaps have been done and tested on their own rolling road - putting every car on a rolling road for a remap is a waste of everybodys time! If we were a scam we wouldnt have told you from the offset that we werent interested. Regards

Called requesting a quote on a remap for my 1.8t Leon, I asked if it was a generic map he said no, I then asked if he could cap the torque he said no, so it is a generic map, trying to charge 300 quid without rolling road or Dyno, scam avoid.

An absolutely fantastic service, called Dave because my van was in limp mode and scan showed clogged DPF, he came out for 8 am Monday very polite and knowledgeable, he did a vehicle smoke test and identified a split in the turbo pipe that I hadnt noticed no doubt saving me more grief further down the road, cant recommend this service highly enough.
