Poor service! Told us they were too busy to print our product while sitting on the couch watching TV in the office. incorrectly printed the t-shirts the first round, made us redo our logo so it was exactly as we wanted it, resent and they used the first logo that was sent to them, but white this time. Over promises and under delivers.... well, in my case *doesn't* deliver at all. I placed an order online and then called to confirm the order would be done by the requested date as I needed it for a specific work event. Called and confirmed twice during the week and each time they said the order would be ready for pick-up on Friday. On Friday, I called multiple times and emailed multiple times and it was crickets. Saturday morning my husband called since I was at the event, there was no answer, so he decided to go the location to just pick up the order and bring it to me. They did not have it ready and said they were unsure if a refund would be possible. I have had to call every day this week to try and get a refund since they did not have my order ready on-time as previously agreed and assured, now after 4 days of calling I am just now getting an answer that my order can be refunded. HUGE waste of my time and shocked at how disorganized this business is. Take your business elsewhere.
