Hi thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Our workshop is 5200 square feet and has 9 vehicle lifts . We are very busy at the moment and as it clearly states online our business hours are 8.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Thursday., we open at 7.30am until 4.30pm on Fridays. Please check out our video on YouTube and youll get a full interior of the workshop. Why you would also leave a 1 star review for a busy garage, that surely is a good thing ? Small, extremely cramped and unimpressive little repair shop in stark contrast to the "glossy" web page which seems to promise a "first rate", premium service. Booked in for a Thursday to have work done on air conditioning compressor. Arranged to call in the previous Monday at 7:50am for a mechanic to have a brief look and determine compressor type to get an idea of overall cost. Turned up at 7:40am to be told mechanics don't start work till 8:30am. 8:15am still waiting and the workshop was cram full with parked vehicles. Frontage also choc-a-bloc with parked vehicles: practically no room to manoeuvre. I was clearly going to be there a very long time. I decided I'd feel more like a valued customer taking my business elsewhere and left.

We would like to draw your attention to the comments that you have made regarding an MOT. We are not an MOT testing station, we send our tests to another garage. Maybe you should direct any negativity towards them and not us. You also fail to mention that one of my mechanics helped you to close the convertible roof on your car free of charge. There was also the time when you booked your car in for a starter motor and instead of charging you for a recovery, two of my staff pushed your vehicle to the workshop from where you live in the street above. When we started the repair that you instructed us to carry out we found a wiring issue, this was put right for a fraction of the cost of the job that you asked us to undertake. I can assure you that having been trading for over 35 years we dont Rip people off. I can only assume that you define being, as you so bluntly put it, a Rip off, means that you could not afford to have the work done by ourselves. Hence my advice to shop around and take advantage of our free retest. I do hope this clarifies any issues that you may have.

Absolute rip off and saw a woman coming. Quoted for work after a dodgy MOT that didn't even need doing. Would not recommend. Have had photos and proof from a far more reputable garage that showed the work this garage quoted for was not needed.

Excellent garage for car repairs and checks. Quickly helped me with my engine fault despite the lockdown conditions. Very informative on the problem at hand and excellent communication throughout repairs such as for updates. Would highly recommend this garage.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review we really appreciate all feedback.Your taxi came into our workshop with a loud noise on the auxiliary side of the engine. We stripped your vehicle and advised you that the auxiliary belt tensioner had failed and that there was a slight noise from the AC compressor pulley. We ordered the parts from VW but unfortunately the AC pulley wasnt available. We fitted the tensioner and a replacement belt. The noise was greatly improved and your taxi was back on the road . We are sorry that you werent happy on this occasion.

Came to this garage with a AC compresser need change. They had my car over night I came back to my back with not the problem I went with fixed they changed a belt which was immaculate condition and another small piece, so my car has still got the same issue I went with and still charged me an arm & leg and said the reason the car hasn't been fixed is because they got the wrong part .
