If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. I purchased a car from Friends Auto Sales on 09/18/20. I have not received the title, and the dealership has been utterly unprofessional and rude. They initially did not answer nor return my calls/messages regarding the status of the title. I was able to get a response and an apology after I contacted the dealer board, yet it is 02/3/2021 and still no solution. The second temporary permit already expired. The dmv is asking them to write them a letter explaining why it has taken so long. The dealership lied and said they would send the letter and rudely hung up on me while on the phone. His explanation for not processing my documents was I was not working for a month not a sole apology nor a valid excuse. If you dont have any other workers that can continue the workload when one employee is away, perhaps you should not be open to the public at all. Consequently, the dmv stated they never sent the letter. I have been more than understanding with this dealership, yet all I have received from them have been rude encounters. I could write a novel with the amount of unpleasantly encounters I have had with this dealership. DO NOT go to this dealership unless you want to waste your time, and potentially have a heart attack with the amount of frustration endured from their terrible customer service.

Hello, we are reaching out to you again and first we would like to say sorry for your experience. The way our manger reach back to you was because we have never had any customer with such experience before or with these type of complains. He was trying to settle things out and to make sure that you are pleased with our company service. To make the business smooth and friendly he tried to make adjustments on the pricing(on reducing certain amounts) but you didnt completely accept any of the offers unless it comes to your price. Also you were not willing to negotiate either. Again we would like to say sorry for your feeling but if there is anyway to makes both of us happy we are More than happy to work with you. This place is so rude. I came ready to buy a car. I found a car. Test drove it. Ready to pay. They were not willing to negotiate with the price. They couldnt speak up and were so short with their responses. They walked away from us in the middle of talking. Its my first car Im buying and it was unfortunate I had to walk out with a bad experience. Update. They called me back about my review. And dropped the price down only $100 he said hed drop it only if I took my bad review down. He only cared about the review I left instead of the car I was trying to buy. I had an all cash offer and they were over the price of the blue book. It was my worst experience so far.
