Unfortunately to all 4 points you make ms Bennett all are lies . Point 1 I called and informed you of having to reschedule the Estimate time which you agreed was no issue . No mask yes you had one on and allowed me in your home . Point 2 again I informed you on our time coming from Pennsylvania which you agreed was fine as you stated you werent ready for us at 2pm . The container which you mentioned wasnt exposed only cracked with no contents spilling or falling out which we moved from the door once we realized your concerns . And as for the treadmill which we pointed out to you was broke and had no lock to lock it in place for us to safely remove it from your apartment I stated that it would not be safe for us to move it . I offered to come back to remove the treadmill out of going above and beyond to satisfy you which was set up with your brother who called and told me he couldnt meet me at the schedule time and stated not to worry about the matter . I respect all women and would never talk with disrespect or negativity I only wanted to resolve the matter which would had to evolve around our schedule. Payment was made in cash $580 and the bill was $576 which you gave me and told me and my crew we were great and have a nice day . Point 4 as I stated I tried to resolve the issue which was difficult to do as the Monday morning I called and stated I was in the area you declined service. And again your treadmill not having a lock was not my responsibility nor did I have to go above and beyond to help you out . Everything you stated are lies and our reputation speaks for it self . I wish you the best and Im sadden that you would state such lies on a company who provides great service to all our customers .

1. The owner scheduled with me to do an estimate and look at my apartment at 130pm on a Sunday. He called at 145pm to say he couldn't come until 4pm. He shows up at 3pm. No mask. 2. The move was scheduled for 2pm on a Saturday. The crew shows up 2 hours late, due to an out of town move. I made specific requests for how to move certain items and I was ignored. They used the container with my sheets and towels to prop open a public door and my things were exposed. When it was time to move my treadmill out of the apartment, the crew refused to move it because it wasn't tied up. It was an "O Well..." attitude and they just left it there. I had to solicit and pay for new help to get it out of there before my lease was up. The way the owner talked to me was as if i was subjugate to him as a woman. 3. The crew unloaded everything all over the place in my living room; No protection on their shoes on my all white carpet; Food containers were stacked in a corner and i couldn't find where they placed them and my food went bad; Owner assembled my bed so weak that it makes noise everytime i sit on it. He took a full payment, and did not give me my change, despite having to leave my treadmill in an empty apartment. 4. I texted the owner 2 days later about the fact that he took my money and left me to figure out the situation with my treadmill. He called me back talking down to me about how im on his time and hes busy and doesn't really have to help me because of the liability.

Doug and his team from Happy 2 Help Moving and Hauling were GREAT to work with. I was out of town and was able to coordinate a top floor move for two days after I returned. After detailing what I needed moved, Doug gave me a realistic estimate and the contract was easy to e-sign. The BEST part was how professional and personable Doug was/is. The team arrived on time, moved everything carefully and were finished in under 2 hours. Settled with a handshake AND payment and they were on to the next move. When its time for me to move again, Ill be calling H2H. Ive already recommended them to friends.
After we received four moving estimates, we decided to go with Happy to Help Moving because of Dougs responsiveness and outstanding customer service. His crew was on time, worked hard, and very polite. He had our single family home packed up in a little over 2 hours. We definitely recommend Doug!

We used this company in the beginning of May to move about 25 minutes away. The team was friendly but almost every piece of furniture they moved was damaged. There were gouges in tables, chipped paint, gouges and chips on walls at our brand new house, pieces knocked off of furniture and scuffs on everything. They barely used any moving blankets and wrapped almost nothing. They moved all of the big furniture in the first load so I had no opportunity to stop the damage for future loads. I reached out to the owner for some kind of remedy but after talking to me for a few minutes he never contacted me back. I now have to repair or buy new furniture for almost every piece at my cost after paying them a significant amount. Some pieces were family heirlooms that are unreplacable. They were also careless; dumping over whole carts of boxes then haphazardly throwing ceramics back into the boxes and dropping boxes to the ground from knee height. I am sure we haven't found all of the broken items yet. They underestimated how many loads would move our whole house and they tried to get us to leave things or move them ourselves. I am severely disappointed given their previous 5 star reviews. We will definitely never use this company again or reccomend them to anybody.
