Yes. Sorry like we originally told you. When you have a car accident you should take it to a body shop and inform your insurance provider. You didn't like our advice we did help you get your car on the road. Happy to hear they fixed your automotive car accident issue. Unfortunately Fishers Auto does not do tires or accident repair. Sorry for the misunderstanding and happy to hear your car is fixed and back on the road. Very sorry you dont understand what full service automotive repair means. I personally took your tire off so u could get it replaced at no charge. We completely understand that full service automotive repair doesn't mean tires and accident damage checks (that is for insurance companies) sorry that doesn't make sense to you we also do not do body work those are two totally different industries from automotive repair sorry for the inconvenience but please drive safe!

We started coming to Fishers because of the glowing online reviews. We were having issues with my wife's battery and just couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. We brought it in and they diagnosed the issue quickly and sent us on our way. The experience was positive, so when we had another issue we knew just where we were going. Should have gone somewhere else. Initially the staff was very professional, albeit busy, and they took in my car to get looked at and left me with the impression that the issue would be diagnosed within a few hours. When I returned to check on it they informed me that they would not get the chance to look at it that day, which was fine. I knew I needed to get new tires from the place I had originally gotten them because the warranty was going to cover the replacement, so I brought my wifes car and asked them to remove the damaged tires. They gave me a hard time but ultimately agreed to remove one, the more damaged one, and sent me on my way to get the replacement. After getting it and returning they put it on and told me that they were sure my car was fine and to just take it home even though they hadnt gotten a chance to look it over. As soon as I started to drive my car I could tell that it definitely was not fine, and since I felt as though they didnt want to be bothered by me any more I decided to take it elsewhere. Turns out the control arm was bent and needed to be replaced. Had they bothered to keep the car to look at the next day it could have been taken care of but wasnt. I understand being busy and stressed but I dont feel like it should be taken out on a paying customer. Even if you think theyre asking too much, remember theyre dealing with the stress of fixing an issue with their car. Oh yes and the owner's reply is completely fabricated, own up to your mistake. There is no excuse for a "full service auto repair" not to check for damages after being asked to and telling the customer its safe to drive. No body shop or insurance claim was ever mentioned because the mechanics assume there was no further issues.
We are very sorry for your misfortune. You had concerns with both cars and you brought them into our shop. The 1st one needed a transmission that's why it didn't shift. The 2nd you purchased without a vehicle inspection (THAT WE PROVIDE FREE TO ALL CUSTOMERS) and upon test drive the water pump and fan came apart because whoever installed it did so incorrectly. Unfourtunalty this happened to us and not you. It would have happened eventually.

My husband had 2 's some how get messed up being test drove. One of them the transmission after they looked would only go into 1 gear that cost over 2,000.00 to fix and then they some how messed up another car after all that damage they said it was going to be well over 3 thousand to fix. just think it is old when we do a test run to see what maybe wrong with a car it is finished off by them. I think the dog out the cars to make the problem finish off right there. Crazy... My husband now knows never to bring them anything again for it might cost us more if he does. they are nice people but even we all know there are snakes hidden in gardens of pretty flowers. Sorry they lost us as customers.
I was four hours away from my home in Gainesville when my car died. I was recommended fishers because my engine was pulling in too much air. They immediately helped me upon my arrival even though I just walked in. They were able to fix my car in minutes. They also did it as a courtesy and did not charge me. They were truly amazing you dont find honest workers like them anymore. They went above and beyond. I would recommend anyone in the Gainesville area to bring your car to them
If this is regarding the 2005 Mustang Convertible that was full of holes, ripped up leaking convertible top that came in with a check engine light on and not running then I would love to talk the truth about the matter. Your car had a check engine light with all lean codes. 15 psi from the fuel pump which is not enough for the car to run. We gave you an estimate and also informed you that your car had severe flood damage from the leaking convertable top. You gave us the go ahead to repair your car which we did after using a wet vac to suck out the 2 inchs of water under the passenger seats where the fuel pump sending unit sits. When you paid and left you drove off in your car. As far as the fuel gauge not working that was never known to us and when you came back with no fuel we even swapped out the fuel pumps with new sending units even though they all tested fine. We recommended talking to your insurance company about it possibly being a flood car. I believe a week later you called me telling me you took your car to 3 mechanics and your insurance company. You then proceeded to tell me your insurance company told you that water damage was impossible for a car that has been flooded from months of hard rain and that water can't hurt things like an electronic fuel pump sending units. I asked you to enail, fax or drop by all estimates and insurance company information so i could talk to them. You never did. Then you told me that I had to fix your broken fuel gauge because we broke it and you actually demanded it. Thats when i told you it wasnt feasable for a business to fix a customers broken car for free especially when the car was towed in and not running and to my knowledge its on the road running and driving since we fixed the broken pump. As far as rude im sorry that like i told you on the phone that a small business like us cannot fix customers broken cars for free. If me saying that made you assume we had bills to pay like all companies we do and doing free business on threats of getting a credit card charge back has not worked with Fisher's Auto Repair and never will. Goodluck with the dealership and drive safe.

NEVER USE THIS SHOP I took my car here for fuel issues and they replaced parts that where not broken. They broke my fuel gauges and tried to blame water damage so I got two different opinions and they both said there is no water damage and that the parts that are causing my fuel issues are still bad and where never touched when I came back to fishers to ask for them to fix the correct parts or refund my money they gave me lies and tried to talk down to make me sound like I was in the wrong even after getting a big dealership diagnostic and an inspection by my insurance company. I heard them be rude to two other customers while I was there dropping off and picking up my car and the manger Chris kept giving me some like about him having to pay his bills so I guess they are only worried about there bills and not there customers I recommend finding shop with a better view of there customers: (post owner answer) thank you for yet again showing you are a lier and should not be trusted I will do my best to spread the word you can't just say a bunch of BS that might sound like " car stuff" and get a free pass you are a the if I'm so glad my credit card company let me take my money back so I didn't have to let a like cheat like you keep it I hope you business fails so noono elas will get caught up in you web of lies
