My experience with thread a Pixel's customer service hasn't been a good one sadly. We had to order my daughters work placement tshirts from here and my daughter wears a size 8/10, based on the sizing online we ordered the size 10. However these are extreamly figure hugging and very inappropriate for school placements. Thread a Pixel firstly responded advising there is nothing they can do, I then responded to their email with no response from thread a Pixel until I reviewed the company on Facebook, I now have 3 tshirts that are no use to us due to how figure hugging they are and thread a pixels response is just order another t-shirt. ****The response states someone is dealing with my case but they have advised there is nothing they can do with the 3 tshirts and I just have to place a new order which will cost me double*****
