I called in just to ask if they could assist me with training a dog I purchased myself, and the person who answered said no and acted like she was too busy to talk to me or address my concerns. She didnt even have any recommendations about who would be able to do that. Not helpful at all

Very unhelpful for the veteran I know. Their handling of communications made things worse for him and they send a mean letter that he received on 9-11 of all days! If they want to help veterans they should have people who know something of military life and after the effects of being in active battles not just workers who normally help those who need seeing eye dogs. I wish he had never contacted this company! It has been a while and he still brings up how hurtful the whole experience was and how he felt more judged by this organization than anyone or any other group!
